John Mooney has more than 24 years of experience as an international practitioner and compensation specialist. Previously Head of Executive Compensation at McLagan, he helped clients design annual and long-term cash and equity-based incentive plans.

John also worked at both Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank where he devised tax-effective remuneration plans and managed equity-based and deferred compensation plans. Working within the Big 4 at director level, John has vast experience within the field of employer solutions and expatriate tax.
